INSURANCE AND BILLING
Dr. Ames is an in-network provider for most PPO insurances. Please call or email a copy of your insurance card and date of birth to [email protected] if you would like to verify your chiropractic benefits. We no longer accept some insurance carriers, please verity benefits with our office prior to scheduling.
